Diversity & Inclusion
At Kramer Asia Pacific, our people-first values shape the way we design, lead, and contribute to the communities we serve across Australia and the Pacific.
Diversity and inclusion are embedded in our day-to-day operations and long-term vision.
We are proud supporters of the Women in Construction initiative in Papua New Guinea, which champions the advancement of women in engineering, construction, and technical fields.
We provide office space, technical support, workplace placements, and access to our workforce and resources.
Our Managing Director Adam Kramer, actively supports the initiative’s public advocacy, including backing its official launch in Port Moresby.
As we expand our People and Culture team, employee wellbeing and inclusion remain key priorities, with future programs underway to support mental health and inclusive employee experiences.
We also maintain strong Corporate Social Responsibility commitments, including long-standing support for the Kramer Brothers Rugby Club in PNG, one of the largest youth rugby programs in the country, and other grassroots initiatives across the South Pacific.
These efforts reflect our belief that meaningful infrastructure begins with meaningful community-based impact.
