Brian began his career with Kramer in 2009 as a Project Engineer after graduating from university. Over the following decade, he played a key role in delivering a diverse range of infrastructure projects while developing strong technical expertise and lasting client relationships.

In 2017, Brian completed a Master of Engineering at Auckland University of Technology before returning to Kramer as Team Leader – Special Projects. During this time, he was seconded to one of the Solomon Islands’ leading state-owned enterprises, where he provided leadership on major infrastructure initiatives.

After gaining additional senior project management experience outside the business, Brian returned to Kramer in 2026 to lead the Solomon Islands office. He is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with clients and colleagues across the Asia Pacific region to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions, develop local capability, and support the company’s continued growth.

With a presence in the Solomon Islands for more than 40 years, Kramer Asia Pacific has built a strong reputation for delivering landmark infrastructure projects. Brian is proud to continue this legacy, building on the achievements of those who have led the business before him and strengthening Kramer’s long-standing commitment to the Solomon Islands.
